This policy explains what personal data VVAI-LC, operated by the VVAI-LC team, collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
• Bookkeeping data: the accounts, transactions, categories, attachments and notes you choose to enter or import.
• Billing data: your subscription status and customer ID from our payment provider.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.

We never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. We never ask for your bank login credentials.

How we use it

• To provide the Service and manage your subscription.
• To send service and billing emails.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your bookkeeping data for advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. After a subscription ends we keep it for at least 90 days so you can resubscribe or export it. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
