If VVAI-LC isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 7 days and we will review your request.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

How to request a refund

Email support@vvai.io from your account email. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method.
